Alley Construction Update

All four alleys have been reconstructed through the gravel stage and are open to traffic. Adjustment rings on the inlet in the alley between Railroad Street and Main Street are expected to be replaced Friday or early next week. Pulverizing of the parking lot may begin mid-next week, although a firm date has not yet been established. At this time, fine grading and paving are still anticipated for early October.
