Silver Lake Road Construction Updates

Please be advised that Silver Lake Beach will be closed for the season beginning August 11 to accommodate the Silver Lake Road reconstruction project. *****UPDATE: Survey will be taking place to stake/layout the curb & gutter tomorrow 9-3-25; there will be little to no disruption to traffic, t-dock, or neighborhood access is expected. Late in the week the contractor plans to prepare for the pedestrian curb behind the sidewalk from Hirzel to the beach; Little to no disruption to traffic, t-dock, or neighborhood access is expected, one lane of traffic to remain open and passable. The concrete curb and gutter is planned for early next week, followed by sidewalk and pedestrian curb; during pouring operations one lane will be used for trucks to discharge. While trucks are discharging into the machines this may cause short intermittent momentary delays to traffic.
