Eagle River Invites Community to National Night Out at City Hall
EAGLE RIVER, Wis. – The City of Eagle River, in partnership with local public safety agencies and community organizations, invites residents of all ages to attend National Night Out on Tuesday, August 4, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Eagle River City Hall.
National Night Out is an annual community-building event designed to strengthen relationships between law enforcement, first responders, local government departments, and the residents they serve. The event provides families with an opportunity to meet the people who protect and serve the community while learning more about the equipment, services, and programs that help keep Eagle River safe.
Attendees will have the opportunity to explore emergency vehicles and specialized equipment, visit with representatives from local public safety agencies, ask questions, and enjoy an afternoon of interactive displays and community engagement. Participating organizations will be showcasing the important work they do throughout the year and offering hands-on experiences for children and adults alike.
The event will feature displays from the Eagle River Police Department, Fire Department, Eagle River Light & Water and Public Works Departments, Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, and numerous other community partners. Exhibits will be located throughout the City Hall grounds, providing easy access for visitors to interact with each participating organization.
“National Night Out is a wonderful opportunity for our community to connect with the dedicated professionals who work every day to keep Eagle River a safe and welcoming place,” said City Administrator Robin Ginner. “We encourage everyone to stop by, meet your local first responders and community partners, and enjoy an afternoon of learning, conversation, and family-friendly fun.” Admission is free, and everyone is welcome to attend.
The City of Eagle River extends its appreciation to all participating agencies, organizations, and staff who make this annual event possible, as well as the local media for helping spread the word and continue growing community participation each year.
