City of Eagle River Planning Commission Meeting Cancelled Due to Weather

The City of Eagle River announces that the Planning Commission meeting scheduled for Thursday, April 2, 2026 has been cancelled due to the forecasted winter weather event.

Current forecasts indicate the potential for up to one inch of ice accumulation along with several inches of snow, which may create hazardous travel conditions for residents, staff and commission members.

All agenda items originally scheduled for the April 2 meeting will be deferred and considered at the next regular Planning Commission meeting on May 7, 2026.

The City appreciates the public’s understanding and encourages residents to monitor local weather conditions and limit travel during the storm as necessary.
