Pitlik & Wick will be doing work on Loon Lake Road this week to mill and overlay the pavement from Pine Street south into the Town of Lincoln. Please be aware that work will be ongoing this week, weather permitting.  The roadway is not expected to be closed to traffic, but please use caution around workers and equipment.

The City of Eagle River is partnering with the Town of Lincoln this summer to re-pave the entire length of Loon Lake Road from Pine Street south. The construction will include milling the top layer of asphalt off the existing roadway and replacing it with new blacktop.

While there is no anticipation the road will be closed, please be aware that the project will bring noise and dust to the block of Loon Lake Road within the City Limits, and there may be times when you will need to navigate around equipment and workers. Please be mindful of your speed and watch your surroundings during construction to help keep everyone safe.
